Maternity Photographers in Knoxville TN / A Glowing Mommy To Be!

When this mommy to be stepped out of her car I was overwhelmed by her beauty and so excited to have her be an exclusive Baby Plan Member!  Can you believe she is 36 weeks?  We had so much fun and she did so well even though it was freezing outside!  She didn’t complain not one time!  This momma knew what type of pictures she wanted and knew what it was going to take to get them….a little suffering from the cold, but in the end when she seen her gallery and loved her pictures it was all worth it!  Thanks you Kaitlin for letting me do my thing and I look forward to meeting baby Layton!

Valentine’s Day Mini Session / Knoxville Valentine’s Day Photographer

It’s that time of year for Valentine’s Day Mini Sessions!  Sessions will be held in the studio and I have different themes for any ages that fit boys or girls!  Each package comes with digital files, custom Valentine’s Day cards for children to hand out at school! Let your child be the center of attention in class by handing out Valentine’s Day cards with their image on the cards with a sucker attached to it (I found some really cool DIY ideas for this).  Below are a few ideas for What To Wear, but I have some new petti rompers and petti skirts for little girls that will be available.  Boys I think look great in denim and a cute t-shirt or no shirt with a tattoo (I can add it in photoshop) or a cute v-day tie or bow tie!  To keep up to date on my inspiration for My Valentine’s Mini Sessions visit my Pinterest board at http://pinterest.com/ajohnsonphotos/ and go to my Valentine’s Day Inspiration for Mini Sessions board!

Mr. Aaron’s 1st Year / Knoxville Baby’s First Year Photographer

I have had the pleasure of photographing this handsome little guy since July of 2010!  It’s amazing looking back and seeing this little newborn baby boy grow into a little handsome man that is walking and talking.  There is nothing in this world more precious than that!  That’s what I love about my Baby Plan Members.  Getting to watch my clients babies grow over the first year,  having the privilege to be chosen as their photographer to capture their most important milestones for the family;  makes me feel so happy that words can’t explain it.  Not to mention the friendships I have made with my clients that will last a lifetime.  I hope to one day be able to capture little Aaron’s Senior Pictures!  How amazing would that be?!?!

Ashley (Aaron’s mommy),  thank you so much for choosing me to capture Aaron’s first year!  You even came to every mini session I had and I appreciate all your support more than you know!  Your an awesome momma and you have a beautiful family!  I look forward to seeing you all again in the future!

Happy New Years / Knoxville Photographer

I hope everyone enjoyed their Christmas and had a Happy New Year’s Eve!  This year was a BIG HUGE change for my family and I.  I want to thank all my clients for all the emails, cards, flowers and phone calls I received.  You all mean so much to me and it’s nice to know that there are people who care and understand.  I’m a private person when it comes to my personal life, but if this has taught me anything there are people out there willing to help you; you  just have to ask for it and I am learning to do that.  One of my clients sent me this scripture and I read it everyday.  ”Isaiah 41:10 says fear not for I am with you. Be not dismayed; for I am your God. I will strengthen you; yea, i will help you; yea, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.”  I really needed to hear this at that time and every since then I read it everyday to remind myself that God is here and that I am very blessed because there are people all over this world would love to be in my shoes.

So what’s going to happen for 2012?  Bigger and Better is my motto!  I will NOT let this get me down!  Photography is my passion and I have always said it’s “MINE”.  Meaning something that I create and when I look at I think “Wow I did that all on my own!”  I never want that feeling to go away.  I will be only taking a certain number of Baby Plan Clients and regular portraits sessions (for example, Senior, family, children, etc) each month and this time I WILL stick to it, lol.  This way I can balance my work, family life, and personal life.  I will be able to put the time into my clients that need to be and be able to do the things as far as planning the sessions that reflect my style and what I want to represent AJP.  There will be changes in the next month and I will announce them soon, but it will be all for the good!  Well I can’t leave without blogging a few pictures!  So enjoy and I look forward to seeing my old clients this year and many new clients!!!
